Local Internet Radio Station to Produce First Music Concert March 3rd
Arlington, VA (February 23, 2004) –After four years of providing DC area listeners with a substitute to local repetitive modern and alternative rock stations, RadioMojo.com is gearing up for it’s first concert showcasing local acoustic prodigy, Taylor Carson.
Taylor, a New Jersey native who now calls DC home, combines his natural gift for guitar with unique freestyle vocals to produce a sound only described as Dave Matthews’ guitar and Jack Johnson’s voice. Backed by Scott Harlen(bass) and Chris Keever(drums), and with influences ranging from Bob Marley and Cat Stevens to Paul Simon and The Police, a Taylor Carson show is bound to move your feet, your hips and your heart. His true to life lyrics of love, loss and moving on are inspirational as well as fun.
RadioMojo.com will be presenting Taylor Carson at Jammin’ Java in Vienna, VA on March 3rd at 8pm. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at the door or by calling 703-255-1566, ext. 8.
