Local Artist Shows Here are a few shows to put in your daily planner for the rest of May in the DC area. May 17th - Jenny Boyle at Kilroy's in Springfield, VA Jenny's natural and energetic voice has had us entranced for a couple years now. She'll be working on a new CD soon, so come out and hear some of her latest tracks and some great covers. May 19th - Taylor Carson Three at Ragtime in Arlington, VA Taylor's new CD "Open Invitation" is about to be released any day now. . . and he's still playing newer tracks at his shows. So stop by for what is always a great time. May 24th - Cartel at the Black Cat in Washington, DC New on our ears, but not to the area, Cartel's atmospheric/melodic rock is a nice change from scremo land. We'll be there to check 'em out, so come over and say hi.
